There’s nothing like circumnavigating something on a big ride. And the Swiss National Park Bike Marathon does just that, taking you on a big loop out of Switzerland, through Livigno, and back to Scuol, where you started.
The race runs like clockwork, and there are shorter distances and relay options if you don’t think you have the full 137km in your legs. This part of Switzerland is much more raw than in the west. Graubunden is the biggest area of Switzerland, and the riding matches it.
Do stay in town a little longer if you head over, the riding is truly epic. As is the scenery, and the food.
