The course for the World Endurance Mountain Bike Organisation (WEMBO) Solo 24hr has been set. The race will be taking place from the 12th to 13th October at Stromlo Forest Park – the site of the 24hr Solo World Championships in 2010.

At a length of 16.9km with 397m altitude gain, the trails selected will be a solid test for all entered.

Entries are now closed, and racers from around the globe will be in the Australian Capital Territory, predominantly to see who can take the crown from reigning World Champions Jason English and Jess Douglas. Both were victorious in Finale Ligure in 2012. Due to the strength of 24hr solo racing in Australia, just as much of their competition will come from as home as abroad.

During the race, live timing will be available via DURT so you can watch the race unfold from home.

The Event info pack is updated with all times and locations finalised – we will have a review of the riders in the coming week.
