The Mongolia Bike Challenge has finished for another year, and Cory Wallace has almost been made a Khan in the country – given he has now won the last three races. The adventure based MTB race lasts seven days and covers 900km, but is subject to the vagaries of the weather on the plateaus. But the scenery at this race is just stunning.
