We’ve been dropping some clues about the MarathonMTB.com Marathon Mountain-biking Team for several months now and we’re pleased to announce the imminent launch of the squad’s online home.
The team’s website will keep followers up-to-date with the team’s progress throughout the 2011 marathon and stage race season as they compete in at least 10 different countries across three continents.
The team will participate in some of the world’s biggest marathon and stage race events, with the ABSA Cape Epic (South Africa), Dolimiti Superbike (Italy) and the recently announced Real Insurance XCM Series, Powered By CycleNation in Australia all listed on their race schedule.
Things will kick-off for the team at the Otway Odyssey in Victoria, Australia on February 19.
More information about the team and its 8-rider line-up will be released in the next few days, as well as first shots of the team kit. So stay tuned to MarathonMTB.com for up-to-the-minute team announcements.
