The Swiss Epic have announced that they have opened race registration for single riders for the 2015 event. Although the race is a pairs race, there is now an option for riders who want to try the event, or who just don’t want to find a partner, to race it as a solo entrant.
There are some caveats though – as it becomes more of an event than a race for those riders, as it’s not categorised, and there are no prizes.
So exposed the pros push!
But the experience of riding marked routes with an accommodation package through the Valais region is then an option for those who can’t find a team mate who they feel confident in pairing up with.
